Combining our decades of electrophysiology expertise with our industry-leading Maestro Pro MEA system from Axion BioSystems, we offer custom assay capabilities to meet your research needs:
- High-throughput data acquisition in up to a 48-well plate format
- Local extracellular action potential (LEAP) and contractility recordings from cardiomyocytes
- Routine 48-well format chronic or acute studies
- Rapid, high-throughput screening on Incucyte to test initial effect using spontaneous neuronal activity, followed up by more in-depth MEA analysis on interesting compounds
- Field action potential recordings for cardiotoxicity and neurotoxicity testing
- Cell, co-culture and disease model validation
