Prioritizing quality and consistency for human iPSC-derived cells
At Axol Bioscience, we’ve been working with iPSCs in a quality-focused environment for over a decade. Customers can benefit from our industry-leading manufacturing capabilities which enable us to produce functional, consistent human iPSC-derived cells in bulk. This is guided by our Quality Management System (QMS), which forms the bedrock for our daily work.
Key features of our QMS include:
- ISO 9001:2015 accredited
- Demonstrates excellent compliance with the ISSCR Standards Document
- In-depth characterization of iPSCs pre-differentiation and iPSC-derived cells post-differentiation
- Certificate of Analysis inserts report on the quality testing methods and results
- Full batch control and options of ownership
- Full traceability of materials origin and source
- Q-Pulse QMS for compliant audit-trail operation

Demonstrating excellent compliance with the ISSCR Standards Document
The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) published its updated standards document, laying out 5 focus areas for stem cell researchers. With a focus on quality, consistency and standardization, the document is an invaluable source of guidance for human stem cell researchers to ultimately drive better human disease models for research and drug discovery.
As a company that values consistency, quality and scientific rigor, we have a long-standing history of meeting and exceeding industry best practices. We have also been involved in several areas of foundational work with iPSC and in vitro quality standards.
Our scientists have conducted a thorough analysis of our current processes to match against the ISSCR Standards Document. We are pleased to report excellent compliance with the guidance, and have made our report available to view below.
