Stability | The lyophilized protein should be stored at -20°C. The reconstituted protein solution should be used immediately or stored in working aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |

We recommend adding the growth factors EGF and FGF2 fresh each time Neural Expansion-XF Medium is used.
Axol do not recommend the expansion of NSCs prior to differentiation. For best results, thaw the frozen NSC and then begin the differentiation process 24 hours later.
