Performed 3 days post thaw of frozen vial.

Functional Phagocytosis data

Phagocytosis is used as a primary measure of functional Microglia activity.  The Cryopreserved Microglia (ax0664) exhibit bait-dependent phagocytosis when exposed to fluorescent pHrodo labelled beta-amyloid. The Human IPSC derived cryopreserved microglia are shown to be highly phagocytic in nature and equivalent to fresh cells.
