CD4+ T cells are important effectors in controlling infections and have a role in alloimmune diseases such as graft-versus-host disease. CD4+ T cells that express the cell surface marker CD45RA are defined as naive T cells. Our peripheral blood CD4+ Naive T helper cells are characterised by flow cytometry and have a purity of >90%.
