Description
Dermal Fibroblasts – Type 2 Diabetes Patient
Dermal Fibroblasts supplied have been cultured from skin explants taken from a single patient that has been clinically diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. These cells can be readily cultured in their current state or be reprogrammed to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and differentiated to a multitude of other cell types.
Here at Axol Bioscience we can offer Reprogramming and Differentiation services, as part of our Custom Projects.
All of the cells provided are tested and are negative for HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C as detected by PCR.
The cells are confirmed to be negative for Mycoplasma and other detectable microbial contamination.

FAQS
Do you have any questions?
For ax3040 / ax3027 Dermal Fibroblasts we recommend using Nunc, Corning Costar or Greiner Bio-One Cellstar tissue culture treated plates and flasks. Primary cells can be a little sensitive and for this cell type we would not recommend Corning Falcon or Starsted plates and flasks.
